Feed the Spirit
We move so fast, do so much and continue to take on more that we often forget to acknowledge that which feeds our spirit. It changes all the time. Grows and evolves. And odds are if it feeds your spirit it may inspire mine. This was a milk* initiative I created for everyone at the agency to set time aside twice a month to record what’s feeding their spirit. It’s a hodge-podge pinboard of inspiration.
